Bay Lingo was founded in Pasai San Pedro in 2014 to provide rigorous, carefully designed teaching without losing sight of what matters most: getting to know people and taking their progress personally.
We get straight to the point from the outset: we identify the areas with the greatest scope for improvement and build a personalised framework to make clear progress, use time effectively and stay focused on what really matters.
We also know that teaching is about more than explaining. It means motivating, encouraging and giving practical, honest feedback so that each person or team knows what they are doing well, what they need to adjust and how to keep moving forward.
